Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 3 to 5 business days.

To track your package:

1. Find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

2. Visit 17track.net and enter your tracking number.

3. Select your carrier if prompted (usually 4PX, YunExpress, or ePacket for our shipments).

Delivery takes 14 to 28 business days from the date your order ships. Most orders arrive within 3 weeks.

Tracking not updating? It can take 5 to 7 days after you receive the tracking number for the carrier to scan the package into their system. If there's no movement after 10 business days, email us at floribundaco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

Haven't received a tracking number? Orders process within 1 to 3 business days. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you haven't received tracking, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
