By accessing floribunda.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The store

Floribunda sells general merchandise online. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, and update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or signs of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars. We charge sales tax where required by law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (Stripe). By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order total. Disputed charges should be directed to us at floribundaco@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback; most issues resolve faster that way.

Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery windows and tracking information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately. Minor variations in color and size may occur. If you receive something materially different from what was described, contact us and we'll make it right.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, copy, and the Floribunda name, belongs to Floribunda. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco, California.
