Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email floribundaco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. You'll get an email confirmation when it processes.

We cover return shipping if:

• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The item is defective

You cover return shipping if:

• You ordered the wrong size or color
• You changed your mind

Non-returnable items: Perishables, personal care items, and anything marked Final Sale at checkout.

Damaged or missing items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Order cancellations: Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us. After 12 hours, the order is in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
