We ship to all 50 US states.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time: Orders process within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears.

Delivery time: 14 to 28 business days from shipment. Most orders arrive within 3 weeks.

Why does shipping take this long? Our products ship from overseas suppliers to keep prices low. We're transparent about this because you should know before you buy.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Use the Track Your Order page on our site or paste your number into 17track.net for live updates.

Customs and duties: Orders shipped internationally may incur customs fees. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price. Most US orders do not incur additional fees.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us at floribundaco@gmail.com. We'll investigate and either reship or refund.
